Readings: Psychic readings are provided for guidance only and should never replace professional medical, mental health, relationship, financial, legal or career advice.

 

Bookings: Payment is required at time of booking.

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations can be made via contact with Di Day Inspires using either email or text message up to 48 hours notice to receive a full refund, cancellations or not showing up will surrender your payment as there will not be enough time to refill your appointment space.

 

Refunds: Di Day Inspires' aim is to provide a quality service. If you require a refund before the service your request will be approved and refunded the same way that the payment was received. There is no refund for services that have been provided.

 

Gift Vouchers: are available for purchase on our website and are valid for 12 months.

 

​Changes: Di Day Inspires reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to maintain current with any laws that regulate the business or changes to business offerings and site changes. We will notify users via the web site of changes to these Terms and Conditions.
